What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing?
To maintain our competitive wholesale rates, we require a minimum opening order of $500. Reorder minimums are set at $250 per transaction.
How long does shipping typically take for bulk home decor orders?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and order volume, freight shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
Do you offer samples before placing a large volume order?
Yes, we offer individual sample units for most of our textile and hardware lines. Samples are charged at retail price plus shipping, but the difference is credited back to your first bulk order.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective items?
Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence and your invoice number to our support team for a full replacement or credit.

Can I apply for a net-30 payment account?
