Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our wholesale support team with your order number and SKU details to initiate an RMA authorization.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition before securely packing them for transport.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your pallet or parcel and schedule a pickup through our preferred logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse verifies the inventory, a refund or store credit will be applied to your account within 7-10 business days.
